Morning Flow- Gentle Vinyasa Flow (Beginner & Intermediate levels)- 50 minutes

Wake up with this invigorating morning vinyasa flow. The class will begin with a gentle warm-up on the mat. Flowing from one pose to the next with our breath as our guide. This is the perfect way to start your day!
Power Flow- Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate & Advanced levels)- 50 minutes
When? 5:00pm on Fri
Power yoga consists of a dynamic flow asanas (postures) combined with powerful breathing exercises that will awaken your body and calm your mind. Through this Yoga workout you will build your strength and endurance as well as burn calories. Attending Power Flow will likely result in a slimmer, stronger, more toned and flexible body.
Private Yoga Sessions
Duration: 50 minutes; up to 2 (two) people
Private Yoga Sessions offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation. Private Sessions work around personal plans and scheduling conflicts. Taking lessons at any time of the day or night, depending on work and/or social obligations, allows more flexibility in one’s yoga practice.
