Dance Fire Rewards Program - A first of its kind in the ballroom dance world
At Dance Fire Studio, we’re passionate about dancing and committed to providing the best experience for our students. That’s why we're thrilled to introduce the Dance Fire Rewards Program—a new way to make your dancing journey even more rewarding!
Program Enrollment
In order to be eligible to earn rewards, you must enroll in the program. Once enrolled, you can check your account activity in the “Balance Check” section above (“Balance Check” go live February 1st, 2025). We are opening up the enrollment before February 1st but you will only start earning points beginning on February 1st 2025. You can also enroll with our front desk or by giving us a call at (518)-557-2052.
How It Works
Joining our rewards program is simple and free. Earn points every time you attend any of our eligible dance activities. From private lessons to social dance parties, and even shopping at our studio store, every step on the dance floor brings you closer to fantastic rewards- see eligible activities in the chart below.
Earn Points On Attendance
You earn rewards by participating, not just purchasing. This means you’ll receive points for each activity only after you attend. For example, if you purchase a package of 20 private lessons, you will earn 2 points per lesson, credited to your account after each lesson is completed.

Points are credited to your account only after you attend the eligible activity;
Points are nominal to a member’s account and are non-transferable.
Each member must have their own account and points received for shared activities (like 2 students taking a private lesson together), are added only to the member under which the lesson was scheduled. (for example John and Jane have a lesson together, and appointment was under Jane’s profile, Jane will be receiving the points);
Points expire at the end of the Rewards Program Year, which will be on January 31st of 2026;
Dance Fire Studio reserves the right to adjust the point values for activities and rewards, based on business needs and market conditions;
If a booked activity for which points were awarded is canceled, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account;
