All restrictions have been lifted effective 6/15/21 pursuant with NYS latest announcement! As per NYS latest official guidance: "Unvaccinated individuals continue to be responsible for wearing masks, in accordance with federal CDC guidance. Consistent with the State's implementation of the recent CDC guidance, masks are still required for unvaccinated individuals."

Important Announcement:
Due to current NYS regulations for Dance Studios ALL AUGUST GROUP CLASSES will be held outdoors in DF courtyard. All Group Classes will be conducted in the evening when the temperature is pleasant. We will always keep an eye on the forecast and will let you know in advance if the weather is not favorable. We are also looking into purchasing a large tent. Please wear comfortable shoes!

Dance Fire Studio will reopen in Phase 4 of NYS Plan. July 1st is the current reopening date. We are ready to welcome you back on our magical dance floor while following all CDC & NYS DOH recommended guidelines. We want to make sure you feel safe dancing with us. Please read our health & safety reopening plan which is posted on our Home Page. At this moment we are starting to schedule private lessons beginning July 1st.

Dance Fire Studio continue to be temporally CLOSED! From Monday 3/23 until further notice! All Private Lessons & Group Classes continue to be ONLY ONLINE!
Our April Group Class schedule will continue ONLINE. We will be live-streaming each group class (except Monday Kids Beginner class- they will be able to join the Wednesday Intermediate group). All ONLINE GROUP CLASSES are FREE. However, please consider supporting our dance teachers through this difficult time by donating $15 that will go straight to our Teachers Help Fund or/and consider buying a gift certificate (no expiration) to be used for any of our studio services. Dear Dancers of Dance Fire Family,
We took the decision to CANCEL for the week of 3.16-3.20 Supervised Practice Class and All Group Classes (Kids & Adults). It is our priority to make sure our dancers and staff members remain healthy! All active group class memberships will be extended for an extra 7 days. And if further cancellations will occur in the coming weeks we will continue to extend your Basic or Premium Memberships.
We are currently staying open for Private Lessons and continuing to practice washing hands before and after each lesson as well disinfecting all touchable surfaces.

Kids Ballroom Classes on 3/16 & 3/18 are CANCELLED ! Due to Niskayuna Schools being closed this upcoming week!
Update 3/13/20
Dear Dancers,
We are cancelling our Friday March 20th St.Patrick's Day Social Party to limit the spread of Coronavirus and to help our dancers and staff to stay healthy. Other planned Social Dance Parties in April will remain on the schedule until further notice.
We will continue with our Private Lessons, Group Classes and private events as these are smaller more manageable groups.
Our Kids Ballroom program will continue as scheduled. However, will be subject to cancellation if Niskayuna Schools will close.
Another way we can support your health and ease your concerns is to reduce the "changing partners" portion of our group classes. If you would rather not change partners at this time we will honor your choice. We are also giving an option to update your group class membership to one of our private lessons packages.
We will also continue with our usual practice of repetitive hand washing and wiping down surfaces, especially frequently used common surfaces such as seating area, door knobs/handles, and bathroom facilities.
Now more than ever we should eat healthy and keep exercising. With that in mind, we will be open and #dancing as usual. We wish you all the best of health mentally and physically and look forward to coming through this tough period together.
